Product Information

At Ember & Oak, we take pride in our small-batch, hand-poured soy candles. Because each candle is crafted by hand in our Bristol studio, slight variations in appearance may occur. These variations are a hallmark of our artisanal process and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Limitation of Liability

Ember & Oak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Please ensure candles are burned responsibly, kept away from flammable materials, and never left unattended.
